Overview
At BunkerPets, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable items (such as food or treats)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Downloadable digital products or software
- Gift cards
- Opened health and personal care items
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Books or printed items with visible signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your item. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, we will refund the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
